Eng. Dr. Christopher Ebal

DR. ENG. CHRISTOPHER EBAL is a Professional Civil Engineer with over 36 years of practicing experience and an accomplished leader in the Corporate world. He is currently the Chairman Board of Directors of National Forestry Authority, Chairman Emeritus (2013-2020), National Water and Sewerage Corporation, Member of Kyambogo University Council and sits on several other boards. He worked as Commissioner (Engineering and Technical Services) in the Uganda Judiciary from 1998 to 2024; Assistant Technical Manager with Uganda Consolidated Properties Limited (UDC), from 1988 to 1996; and taught Hydraulics at Makerere University (1988 -199). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (1988) from Makerere University; a Master of Science (1997), Loughborough University, UK; Master of Business Administration (2005), Maastericht School of Management/ ESAMI, the Netherlands; Doctor of Philosophy in Project Management (2016), AIU, USA and was awarded two Honoris Cuasas. He has attended various Management training programmes from renown institutions like: Harvard Business School – Boston, USA, International Law Institute – USA, RIPA International – UK, Crown Agents – UK, Modern Management Institute – Kenya, Trans-African Management Institute, Swaziland, Stirling Management Training, SA, MTCLTD, Quest Master class, Singapore.
